Insane Clown Posse has built a brand out of their well-documented history of industry and critical dismissals. For more than a decade, the horrorcore harlequins have proudly anointed themselves “most hated band in the world,” but that may no longer be entirely true: The Marvelous Missing Link (Lost), the first of two released companion albums ICP released in 2015, debuted at No. 17 on the Billboard 200 — higher than Blur’s The Magic Whip, which came out that same week.

Insane Clown Posse Get ‘Lost’ & ‘Found’ Working on Pair of New Albums

Ten months later, ICP shares the video — which Billboard is premiering exclusively — for Lost’s single “Falling Apart,” a horrorcore ballad about psychological — and physical — fragility.

“We couldn’t afford to show all my body parts falling off without looking cheesy,” says Violent J about the video’s concept, which features him losing an eyeball, spitting up blood, and dropping a leg. There’s also a close-up of some B-movie vomit made of creamed corn and ketchup — and a kidney.” A human kidney? “A cow’s kidney!” he says, laughing. “A human kidney would be pretty fucked up.”

Since his partner-in-clown, Shaggy 2 Dope, has been sidelined due to back surgery, Violent J begins a rare solo tour on Monday, March 14, with rap royalty Lil’ Eazy-E and Nova Rockafeller as openers. Full dates below:

Ace Sims with RockRevolt™Magazine, Radio & TV talks with Jamie Madrox with Twiztid.

Twiztid has been spitting out hits since the late 1990’s. Known primarily by newer fans for their hard-hitting, tongue-twisting horrorcore rap style, old-school fans are aware that Twiztid released their first full-length rock-oriented album Mutant in 2005. As unabashed fans of hard rock music, Mutant marked the duo’s first serious venture outside their comfort zone – experimenting with a genre they always respected. Nearly 10 years later with rights acquired from Psychopathic Records, Twiztid is unleashing a completely refreshed and reinvented edition of the record, entitled Mutant: Remixed & Remastered.

Stitches is so unpopular … he can’t even get tatted up.

Stitches got turned down flat by a celebrity tattoo artist in the O.C. The rapper, who famously got knocked out by Wack 100 during a beef with The Game, called Chapter X’sMuddymoney for fresh ink that would link his “F*** a Job” tat to his Tupac ink, which sits atop his “cocaine” one.

Muddy — who’s tatted everyone from Flea to Dodgers star Matt Kemp — tells us he doesn’t want his art associated with “garbage work.” Muddy adds Stitches style conflicts with the shop’s family friendly, drug-free vibe.

As the saying goes, he couldn’t get arrested in this town … but in Stitches’ case, he probably could.

Hed PE track list

well here it is, the new record ready to be mixed. (i still call them records) i’ve been in a vortex of creativity for the last 2 months and entering back into reality is unsettling. amazing that the entire record fits on a flash drive. 20 years ago, when my first record was sent to be mixed, they had to rent a uhaul to transport all the tapes from one studio to another. first record i got was The Jackson 5.

this is my tenth fucking record! it was pretty scary, considering i had been writing with Jackson for 10 years and 6 albums. he and i wrote some magikal pieces together. Writing with a new guy was a challenge, but i’m very happy with the result. As far as the vocals, i was able to be myself on this one. it reminds me of that classic hedpe sound vocal wise; meaning the blend between rock, rasta, punk and yes rap is all in balance. here is the final track listing, and a brief summary of the subject matter.

4ever

1. LIVE! (pronounced LIV. a song about the meaning of life)
2. PAYME (financial struggles)
3. CLOSER (a perspective on mortality and whats important)
4. HURT (the one you love. thin line between pain and pleasure)
5. ITS YOU (written 4 my wife)
6. WASTE (anti establishment hardcore punk track)
7. JAHKNOW (written 4 my son)
8. ONE (of a kind. written 4 the hedpe worldwide family)
9. THEHIYACROWN (a gateway drug)
10. SHADOWRIDGE (married people fuck too ya know…dirty, dirty)
11. TOGETHER (unite and show some love)
12. ALWAYS (we the people persevere always)

i know you guys are going to love this one. but i’ve said too much…
