Going Jones: Juggalo on the News

So, my project is called Going Jones.

I’m a Juggalo who raps, yells and slaps Bass, often at the same time. This video clip is only half the song.

Lyrically, my goal is to open the minds of the listeners, mostly focusing on the lessons I’ve learned and expressing my views on challenges we all face as outcasts or for being naturally weird people who just don’t want to fit in or be normal. And when I’m not on that positive grind, I like to keep it wicked and paint a dark picture.

I do a decent amount of rapping, but it’s only one of many paths I take on this journey.
The rest of the time, I’m slappin’ da bass and yelling, punk rock/metal style about life as a mohawk man who just wants people to wake up in life.
I’m heavily influenced by all aspects of Psychopathic Records; from old school ICP, Twiztid, ABK, Blaze, Dark Lotus and Zug Izland, Jumpsteady & Mike E Clark, to the current era roster with DJ Clay, Big Hoodoo, Lyte & Blahzay Roze.
Balanced with influence by punk bands like Rancid, metal bands like MuDvAyNe, Slipknot, Mushroomhead, & experimental funk bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers & Primus.
Nothin’ But Clown Love, Ninjas and Ninjettes.
Hope you like it!

“Capable” is a 13 song demo EP that was recorded on a digital cassette with just a bass and microphone.
And honestly, the quality is hit or miss, but the message and attitude are worth the listen. No 2 songs are alike, so give em all a listen & check the lyrics.
Remember, this is Punk Rock Funk Rap by a down ass ninja. It can’t be that bad.
There are a couple HiDef remakes coming soon, along with some brand spankin’ new material, directly relating to our lifestyle, The March & gang label (and some good ol’ wicked shit storytelling for a healthy balance).
