What up all!?

So in case you missed it. Last night’s juggalo show Jumpsteady was otherwise busy with some other project. The show must go on and the Duke of The Wicked, Rudy, Kegan, and Ruby Bruce were all wide open.
Ruby appeared at first as her Furry counterpart Quillow. Rudy, and VJ got into discussing this year’s 25th hallowicked going down in Detroit. VJ spoke on being sick the year prior, and doing other shows while under the weather, or even something as serious as pneumonia, and being Psyched to do this year’s show, and upcoming tour (fingers crossed) healthy this year! Rudy commented on the tour taking to the road next week so juggalos keep an eye out for the Clowns to roll into a city near you. VJ also mentioned that things are going to be a little different this time in that ICP is the only act on the tour. Well, that is other than the ever popular Clownvis!
Ruby then explained Furry culture to the staff present on Psy radio and those listening in, and told everyone how they have conventions and even other subcultures within the community. VJ talked about his involvement with supporting Ruby, in that he has a furry persona as well known as Kung Fu Joe (the wolf!) Which wrapped up that segment.
The. Rudy and Kegan came back after a break talking about who the juggalos would like to see play that have not already played Hallowicked!? Hollywood Undead (which is dope in my opinion) was mentioned, Steel Panther, and the Suicide Boys, among others…
Ruby and VJ came back and they played Ruby’s new song called Me, about anti bullying. Followed up by an all new Snake Buster’s!
Pretty soon after they rolled into the Ruby Bruce audiostory about her breaking her arm skiing, and all she went through with that, as well as being inspired by her pet cat that has a disability, and sweetly shrugged off her own problem(s) in regards to the injury. Talk about tough… And to add to that VJ was talking about the torture we all go through as parents when something beyond our control happens to our kid’s. Learning from our kid’s and how different sometimes our kid’s experiences can be from our own.
On that note I’m going to close family. Close my weary eyes. 2 whoops and MCL!!!

As we all know by now, MGK put out Rap Devil last week in response to Eminem’s song Not Alike, from Kamikaze. Over the passed week Em has been posting a series of interviews, where he talks with Sway. During these interviews, Em talks about the album and what fueled it, he also talks about Joe Budden, and talks about his distaste for MGK. He brings up the fact that he mentioned his daughter on Twitter, and used it as a press junket for himself. Then Em spoke about the sneak dissing MGK did on Techs song No Reason, and how this was the main reason he dissed him. We weren’t sure if Em was gonna fire back, at all, it’s not like he needed too. But he did, and he fired back like a fully automatic… I’m sure this is far from over, but for now, enjoy Killshot.

People are reacting online to an Eminem song that mentions mass murderer Stephen Paddock and Mandalay Bay.

Rapper Eminem released his 10th studio album “Kamikaze” at midnight Aug. 31. It mentions mass murderer Stephen Paddock and Mandalay Bay in the song titled “Greatest.”

Here are the specific lyrics from the first verse:

I’m somewhat outlandish they say
You say we’re cut from the same cloth
But I guess you fabricate, eh?
You better bring more men than the Latter Day Saints
Manic states, Stephen Paddock with automatic stay sprayin’
At anything that may stand in they way
As I stand at the bay window with a hand grenade
And a trey eight, at the Mandalay Bay
Common sense, I’m a dollar short and a day late
James Holmes at the Saturday Batman matinee

Stephen Paddock killed 58 people during the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas on Oct. 1, 2017. Several hundred people were also injured during the worst mass shooting in modern history.

Paddock killed himself before Las Vegas police officers could reach him inside Mandalay Bay. The motive behind the shooting is still a mystery.

Holmes was convicted of killing 12 people and injuring 70 others at a Century 16 movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, in 2012.

Earlier this summer, fans were sent into a panic at Bonnaroo in Tennessee after hearing what they believed to be gunshots. The rapper was criticized at that time for not being sensitive after what happened during a music festival in Las Vegas.

Fat Mike and the band NOFX were banned in the United States after they made a joke about 1 October victims while performing in Las Vegas during the Punk Rock Bowling Festival.

A CBS legal executive was also fired shortly after the shooting for a tweet that she sent just hours after the incident. The tweet read in part: “I’m actually not sympathetic bc country fans are often republican gun toters.”

Of course, Eminem is not the first artist or band to mention mass shootings or mass killers in song.

The song “Sniper” by Sros Lords is about a school shooting with lyrics written from perspective of the perpetrator.

Pearl Jam’s song “Jeremy” is about a bullied boy who committed a school shooting.

“Suffer Little Children” by The Smiths is about the Moors murders in Machester, England, in the 1960s.

Two songs from Alice Cooper’s album “Brutal Planet” were reportedly based on the tragic event at Columbine High School. Marilyn Manson’s song “Disposable Teens” is also about the Columbine killers.

Bruce Springsteen’s song “Nebraska” was about a 19-year-old spree killer named Charles Starkweather.

Charles Whitman, the man who went on a killing spree at the University of Texas in 1966, was the inspiration for Insane Clown Posse’s “The Tower.”

The album was executive produced by Dr. Dre. Mike Will Made-It is also credited on several tracks, along with Illadaproducer.

I don’t know how many of you heard, but for those that haven’t, there was a really bad bus crash in New Mexico that killed eight people. Normally, we wouldn’t cover these kinds of things, but a Juggalo by the name of Robert Ward put his life on the line to rescue six of the passengers. One of those passengers was pregnant with twins, and as of this writing those twins have been delivered (premature) and after doing well. As for Robert, he’s got some injuries, but he’s doing well, all things considered. His heroics and bravery definitely do not go unnoticed, and, even in the tragedy that is those six lives lost, we got the birth of those twins. Our deepest condolences to the families of those lost. And a speedy recovery to everyone else involved in the crash. A big thank you to the Juggalo homie Robert, for risking his life, to save the lives of others. Below you’ll find the full article from ABC15 Arizona

From ABC15:

The deadly Greyhound bus and semi accident in New Mexico has left dozens injured and eight people dead.

Survivors are slowly coming to grips with the loss, but they also have reflected on moments of hope.

“I was watching out the window with my headphones on,” said Robert Ward, who was a passenger on the bus.

He saw the semi coming.

“[It] came up on one side set of wheels, swerved into our lane and just hit us dead on,” he said.

“I saw people just spitting blood everywhere, screaming,” said Ward.

His leg was injured, but his adrenaline kicked in.

“I carried a pregnant woman through the window. I carried eight people off the bus, some of them are a little heavier than me. It wasn’t easy,” he said.

Minutes later, paramedics arrived and Ward began livestreaming on Facebook.

“Thank God I got the kids off the bus safe, there were so many kids hurt on the bus,” he said, while frantically filming the scene on his phone.

He saved even more children than he realized. The pregnant woman he rescued gave birth hours after the accident in the nearby hospital.

“She gave birth around one or two in the morning. One boy and one girl. They are two months premature but they’re actually fairly healthy,” said Ward.

The newborn’s father visited the family’s hero in the same hospital.

“He came downstairs gave me like four or five hugs,” said Ward, talking about the reunion with the pregnant woman’s husband.

Amidst the most horrific moments of their lives, people were rising to their best.

Josh Jones saw Robert and other’s courage firsthand while lying in the wreckage.

“The firefighters here, the police officers, they’ve been nothing but the greatest people,” said Jones.

The reality that eight people died on their bus will always be there for Josh and Robert, but so will the moments of bravery and sacrifice.

Well, today is the day! The Underground Avengers have reassembled and have released a full length onslaught of fury for your ears, in the form of ‘Anomaly 88’.

The underground world was shaken to it’s very core when it was announced that MNE had called for UGA to once again leave ear drums forever shaken, and minds blown as Bukshot, Boondox and Claas once again formed their super group. We were given a taste in the form of ‘Killer Instinct,’ and that in itself got everyone jumping out of their seat. Only time will tell what else is in store for UGA and MNE, but I expect BIG things. Either way, if you haven’t already pre-ordered your copy, hop your ass on over to iTunes, or Spotify, or wherever and get this damn album!! Or click on the Anomaly 88 link below to order your copy.

As many of you remember, The Milenko And Friends tour was cut short in Vancouver. Subsequently cancelling the rest of the tour as well. The internet, being the internet, began swirling about with what happened, nobody had any real info and speculation upon speculation was spun out rapidly out of control.

Well, earlier today Violent J cleared up any and all speculation in a series of tweets. Even closing with a tongue in cheek tweet, directed at ALL the speculation. In the end, it was a panic attack that caused J to walk off stage. As well as some customs issues with crew.

As you all know, the Canadian tour has resumed, finishing off those shows that got postponed. J is doing good now, and Clowns & Esham are finishing up their assault on the Canadian stages.

If you were at Attack Of The Ninjas this weekend, you were in for a treat. Twiztid closed out the night performing 6 DL songs, with Blaze. Now, Twiztid performing Lotus isn’t really news, as they’ve been doing it for a couple of years now.

But, this was the first time they did it with the masks (Opaque Brotherhood era), and what looked to be new Lotus jerseys (no hatchet man or mne logo). Obviously, these things don’t mean anything, other than Twiztid still performs Lotus songs as they have in the past. And, this being a very special Twiztid performance, they wanted to make as a big as special as possible.

However, a few responses from Twiztids official Instagram page suggest that there might be more to this Lotus. One response reads

“You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. ”

@officialtwiztid: nope…not a chance…we are Lotus

Who knows what this means. For the meantime, without an official announcement from Twiztid and MNE, it would be safe to assume that there isn’t a new Lotus I’m the works. But, in skimming through the original IG post, one could be drawn to a completely opposite conclusion. Only time will tell. For now, peep the questions/remarks along with Twiztids responses below, and see what you make of all of it.

DARK LOTUS SETLIST (AS PERFORMED BY TWIZTID AND BLAZE)

1-Kaboom

2-Gimme That Blood

3-Pass The Axe

4-Headache

5-Juggalo Family (Closing)

If you’re up in Kokomo IN attending ATON, you’ve probably already heard the news. But, if you’re at home chilling, you’re in for a treat. The VIPs were given a sampler at the BBQ, and the last track on that album ‘Splitinthispaint’, a song that was released a couple of weeks ago, mentions in the notes of that song, that it’s from the the upcoming album ‘The Nightmare Children’.

There are currently no more details about this album at this time, but keep it locked in to Juggalo News for updates!!
